Cardboard Eco-Coffins in Hong Kong

With limited burial space available, Hong Kong officials have begun promoting eco-coffins made of corrugated cardboard. Eco-coffins reduce toxic gas emossions during the cremation process. Pay tribute to the dead while protecting the environment. “Eco Coffins are a new type of cardboard coffin. They are modern, strong (up to 20 stone) and can be colourful. They can also be plain cardboard, a more traditional wood grain, or they can look like nothing you’ve ever seen; because you will be able to design your own.
