We’ve been spending some time working on improving one of our favorite internal projects, the Odopod Sketch Application.
In the improvement process, we were thrilled to uncover some amazing work from those of you illustrating with the tool. Take a look! It’s also worth visiting each individual sketch and watching as the illustrations unfold before your eyes.
We are continuing to evolve the app so please, continue to create your own work, browse the growing database of sketches, and watch for updates in the future.

After a lot of work, we’re happy to launch a milk-tastical online experience - WhiteGoldisWhiteGold.com
We were lucky enough to work with an amazing idea from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Bringing their milk-loving glam rock band to life was a joy.
Some highlights: an interactive music video dedicated to hair, a rock&roll photo shoot and a talking guitar. Odos of every discipline - from design to code to IA - brought their magic to the project. We’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes stuff here over the next few weeks.
if there’s anything you’re interested in hearing about.

The underlying premise of Eyes Open stems from an IDEO core value: by looking at something with fresh eyes, it becomes much more interesting. The Eyes Open website takes this concept, initiated in two “guide” books (Eyes Open: New York and Eyes Open: London) and extends it by publishing unique experiences shared by IDEO staff and friends, and offering site visitors the opportunity to submit their own unique experiences in text and imagery.
Odopod created a site structure and interaction model that is clear and functional, and we extended the friendly, approachable design of the books into a simple, yet elegant and well-crafted visual language for the site. See for yourself...

Leif.designpark is a design team based in japan, consisting of Takashi Ueno and Mamoru Naito and Keizaburo Honda.
The work that I really loved is called Tone:
“In Japan’s craft culture, predecessors have created much craft work applying the traditional techniques of parquetry, which brings out the natural taste of the various types of wood used. The unstained natural colors of wood must result from absorbing the numerous nutrients within the soil. The diversity is amazing. Tone is an attempt at producing furniture using effectively materials and skills established in the Japanese culture.”
